800 years of history spread across 230 square metres, able to accommodate up to 10 people in idyllic, natural, rustic and romantic surroundings.
The terrace is absolutely stunning, offering far-reaching, panoramic views – because in Tuscany the outside is just as important as the inside.
On the ground floor you will find an authentic, characterful dining room, which boasts a brick-built fireplace with a large chimney breast and rustic wrought iron accessories. There is also a small, but perfectly-formed kitchen and a two-bed “Carlo” bedroom, with a well-equipped bathroom (including a full bath and bidet). There are also two entry ways to and from the large terrace.
On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms: the Tower Room, the Gallery and the Due Gatti room. There is also a living room, where you will find two extra single beds. In the shower cubicle you might even find Adriano Celentano singing one of his hits…

Our basic rate is 35 €/night/person, but there is a minimum rate of 140 €/night.
There is a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Bambinos under the age of 3 can stay for free – they’ll be our guests!
To book the house we ask for a 50 % deposit, paid via bank transfer to our account

This protects both of us and guarantees your reservation. You can pay the other 50 % up to the day of check-in.
